# Agency dashboard

> The dashboard sums up the agency's day: fleet by status, today's bookings, pickups and returns, alerts and, depending on your role, revenue.

The **Dashboard** is the first screen of the agency space. It gathers at a glance what needs your attention today. Each tile opens the matching screen, already filtered on what it counts.

## Steps

1. Open **Dashboard** in the bottom bar, or in the side bar on a computer.
2. If you manage several agencies, choose the agency at the top, or "All agencies".
3. Read the **alerts** first: the most serious are in red, with an icon and a label.
4. Tap a tile to open the matching list, for example pickups without an employee to assign one.
5. Pull the screen down on a phone to refresh it.

**Dashboard, block by block**

**After the action:** tapping a tile opens the filtered list. Figures are those of the moment you open the screen; offline, the screen shows the last known data with "Last updated".

The fleet manager does not see the finance blocks: they are not sent to them at all, not just hidden.

## On your first visit

- **Notifications.** On your first visit, the **Turn on notifications** sheet explains what you will receive. Tap **Turn on** or **Not now**. A single test notification is sent per device. See [Notifications](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/getting-started/notifications).
- **Face ID or fingerprint.** On your first sign-in, the app offers **Sign in with Face ID / fingerprint**, handy when you sign in several times a day. It only appears if your device has a compatible unlock. See [Face ID and fingerprint](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/getting-started/face-id).

## What happens next

- The navigation badges (new bookings, pickups without an employee, damage, accidents) use the same counters.
- Every morning at 07:00 you receive the summary of the day's pickups and returns.

## Troubleshooting

| Situation | Cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The **Revenue** block is missing | Your role has no finance access (fleet manager). | Normal. Ask the owner if you need it. |
| Figures look old | You are offline: the screen shows the last known data. | Reconnect and pull to refresh. |
| An agency is missing from the choice | You do not belong to that agency. | Ask the owner to add you. |
| "The service is temporarily unavailable. Try again in a moment." | DriveGo is not responding right now. | Try again; if it lasts, contact support. |
