# Register and verify your agency

> Create your agency account, fill in your agency and ask for verification. An agency is only shown to customers once the DriveGo team has verified it.

Every agency starts as **Draft**. You complete it, you submit it, then the DriveGo team checks your application. Until it is verified, your agency and its cars appear in no search, for visitors or customers. You can still prepare your fleet, prices and team in the meantime.

## Before you start

- Have the agency's name, address, phone, email and logo ready.
- Choose the agency's currency (MAD in Morocco, AED in the Emirates) and its tax rate: they are used in every price you charge.
- Employees never create their own account: you invite them once the agency exists. See [Team](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/guides/agency/team).

## Steps

1. Open the app and tap **Create an account**. On the **Account type** screen, choose **Agency**.
2. Enter your name, email address, phone and a password of at least 8 characters, then the agency's name, country and city. If a verification code is sent to you, enter it on the **Verification code** screen.
3. On the **Agency** screen, complete the address, the map position, the contact details, the logo, the currency and the tax rate. Tap **Save**.
4. Open **Agency verification** and tap **Submit for verification**. The status becomes Submitted.
5. Wait for the DriveGo team's decision. You are told by notification and email.
6. If the agency is rejected, read the reason shown, correct the information and submit again.

**Agency (create or edit)**

**After you save:** the agency exists as **Draft**, as the head office of your group. Only you can see it. You can change it at any time with **Edit**; the agency manager can also change it, except the currency and tax rate.

**Agency verification**

**After the action:** the status becomes **Submitted** and the DriveGo team is told a new agency is waiting for verification.

## Verification statuses

| Status | What it means | Who changes it |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | The agency is being filled in. | You, with **Submit for verification** |
| Submitted | The application is waiting for the DriveGo team. | The DriveGo team |
| Under review | The team is checking the application. | The DriveGo team |
| Verified | The agency appears in search and can receive bookings. | The DriveGo team can suspend it |
| Rejected | The application is not accepted as it stands. | You, by submitting again |
| Suspended | The agency is removed from search. | The DriveGo team, by reinstating it |

You can only make two moves: **Draft** to **Submitted**, and **Rejected** to **Submitted**. All other moves are decided by the DriveGo team. See the [statuses reference](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/reference/statuses).

## What happens next

- **When the agency is verified**, you receive the agency owner role and a welcome email. The agency appears in visitor and customer search with the Verified badge, and its accounts are kept separate from your other agencies.
- **After a rejection or suspension**, you receive an "Agency verification result" notification with the DriveGo team's note.
- Nothing you prepare (fleet, prices, team) is visible to customers before **Verified**.

## Troubleshooting

| Situation | Cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| My cars do not appear in search | The agency is not verified, it is paused, or the car has no price. | Check the status in **Agency verification**, then add a price in [Pricing rules](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/guides/agency/pricing-rules). |
| The **Submit for verification** button is missing | Only the owner submits, and only from Draft or Rejected. | Sign in with the owner account. |
| The city I want is not in the list | The wrong country is selected, or the city is not open on DriveGo yet. | Change the country; otherwise contact support. |
| "Your account cannot perform this action." | Your account is not the owner of this agency. | Ask the owner to do it. |
