# Company profile and verification

> Enter your company's legal name, tax ID and documents, then send the profile for verification. A company must be verified before it can book.

The **Company profile** describes your business: legal identity, tax ID, contact details and documents. The DriveGo team checks it before the company can book. The **Company verification** screen shows where that check stands.

## Steps

1. Open **Company**, then **Company profile**.
2. Fill in the fields in screen order, described below.
3. Add the requested documents, with their expiry date when there is one.
4. Tap **Save**. The profile is saved as Draft.
5. Tap **Send for verification**. The profile becomes Pending.
6. Follow the result in **Company verification**. You are also told by notification and email.

**Company profile**

**After you save:** the profile stays editable while it is a Draft. Once sent, it is Pending and you wait for the result. After verification, the legal name and tax ID can no longer be changed in the app; the other fields stay editable.

**Company verification**

| Field | Required | Values or format | Example | What it means |

| Verification status | Display | Draft, Pending, Verified, Rejected | Pending | Where the check of your company stands. |
| Reason | Display | Text | Trade register unreadable | Why it was rejected, written by the DriveGo team. |

| **Edit profile** | Button | Shown in Draft or Rejected | | Reopens the profile so you can fix it and send it again. |

**After you save:** when the DriveGo team decides, the status changes here and you get a notification and an email.

## Verification statuses

| Status | Meaning | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | The profile is being filled in. | Complete it and send it. |
| Pending | The profile has been sent; the DriveGo team is checking it. | Wait for the result. |
| Verified | The company is verified. | Book. |
| Rejected | The check failed. You are told why. | Fix the profile and send it again. |

Only the DriveGo team can verify or reject a company.

## What happens next

- The result reaches you by notification, email and in **Notifications**.
- Once verified, the company can book, and agencies can offer it negotiated rates.
- Your invoices are issued in the legal name of the profile.

## Troubleshooting

| Situation | Explanation | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| A booking is refused because the company is not verified | The company is not yet Verified. | Send the profile for verification and wait for the result. |
| You cannot change the legal name or tax ID | These fields are locked after verification. | Contact support from **Help centre**. |
| The **Send for verification** button is missing | The profile is already Pending or Verified. | Follow the status in **Company verification**. |
| The city you want is missing | The city list depends on the chosen country. | Choose the right country first. |
