# Individual customer guide

> What you do in DriveGo as an individual customer: search, book, follow your bookings, find your invoices, cancel, leave a review and manage your profile.

An individual customer account lets you rent a car for yourself from the verified agencies on DriveGo. You choose the car, you see the full price before you confirm, then you follow the booking until the car is returned.

**The Home screen, top to bottom**

**After the action:** the screen refreshes each time you open it. Without a connection, it shows the last version stored on your device, with the words "Last updated".

## The navigation bar

On a phone, the bar at the bottom of the screen has five entries: **Home** · **Search** · **Bookings** · **Favourites** · **Profile**. On a wide screen, the same entries move to a sidebar on the left. In Arabic, the bar is mirrored, right to left.

## One account, several spaces

If you also own or work for an agency, you do not need a second account. The **Switch space** selector in your profile menu moves you from the **Customer** space to the **Agency** or **Field** space. The chosen space is remembered.

## What you see, and what you do not

- You see your own bookings, invoices, documents, favourites and saved searches.
- You never see other customers' bookings, nor the agency's internal price rules: you see the final price, line by line.
- A damage amount only appears on your booking once the agency has charged it.
