# Follow my bookings

> Find all your bookings, their status, the pickup place and time, the assigned employee, the inspections and the invoice, with the full timeline.

The **My bookings** screen lists all your bookings. **Booking details** brings together everything about one rental: the car, the agency, the dates, the pickup place, the employee who meets you, the pickup and return inspections, the invoice and the timeline.

## Steps

1. Tap **Bookings** in the navigation bar. The **My bookings** screen opens.
2. Filter by status if needed. Active filters show as chips; tap a chip's cross to remove it.
3. Tap a booking to open its **Booking details**.
4. Check the pickup block: date, time, place and, once chosen, the name of the employee.
5. Tap the address to open directions in your maps app.
6. After pickup or return, open the inspection to see the state of the car and the photos taken with you.
7. Tap the invoice to see its details or download it as a PDF.

**My bookings**

**After the action:** tap a card to open its details. Past 20 bookings, the list loads as you scroll.

## Booking statuses

| Status on screen | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Draft | The booking has not been sent yet. |
| Pending | The agency has to approve. The car is held for your dates meanwhile. |
| Confirmed | The agency confirmed. The invoice is created and the pickup is being prepared. |
| **Assigned for pickup** | An agency employee has been chosen to hand you the car. |
| **Pickup in progress** | The employee is on the way, preparing the car or doing the pickup inspection with you. |
| Active | You have the car. |
| **Return in progress** | The employee is receiving the car and doing the return inspection. |
| Completed | The car is back. You can leave a review. |
| Cancelled | The booking is cancelled. The dates are released. |
| **Dispute** | A disagreement is open with the agency. The DriveGo team follows the case. |

**After the action:** without a connection, the screen shows the last stored version with the words "Last updated".

## What happens next

- You are told at each step: booking confirmed, reminders 24 h and 2 h before pickup, employee on the way, car ready, reminder 24 h before return, invoice ready. See the [notification catalogue](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/reference/notifications).
- When the employee finishes the handover, the booking becomes **Active**. When the employee finishes receiving the car at return, it becomes **Completed** and the invoice is finalised, with any damage charged.

## Troubleshooting

| Situation | Explanation | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| A booking is missing | The list only shows bookings made with this account. | Check you are signed in with the right email address. |
| No employee is shown | The agency has not chosen the employee yet. | Nothing: you are told as soon as one is chosen. |
| "Last updated" with an old time | You are offline. | Reconnect; the screen refreshes on its own. |
| "Not found." | The link does not match any of your bookings. | Open the booking from **My bookings**. |
