# Guest guide: find a car without an account

> Without an account, you search for a car by city and dates, as a list or on the map, you browse agencies and cars for sale, and you send a purchase offer.

You do not need an account to discover DriveGo. As a guest, you see the cars of verified agencies, their prices and their conditions, and you can start a booking. An account is only asked for when you confirm, or to save favourites.

## What you can do without an account

Only **verified**, active agencies appear. A car with no price for the requested duration is not shown: DriveGo never shows a price of zero.

## Steps

1. Open [drivego.thesuperplatform.com](https://drivego.thesuperplatform.com) and tap **Find a car**, or the **Search** tab.
2. Choose the country, then the city.
3. Enter the **Pickup date** and the **Return date**, with the time.
4. Add filters if needed, then search.
5. Browse the results as a list, or switch to the map.
6. Open a car to see its photos, its equipment, the agency, the included insurance, the deposit and the reviews.
7. To book, tap the booking button on the car's page; at confirmation, sign in or create an account.

## An agency's page

**After you save:** your request reaches the agency with the "pending" status. The agency accepts or declines it and gets back to you. The form only appears for a published or reserved listing.

## The sign-in sheet

When an action needs an account, the **Sign in to continue** sheet opens: "Save favourites, manage your bookings and find your invoices." ## What happens next

- After signing in, you pick up the booking where you left it. See [Book a car](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/guides/customer/booking).
- A purchase offer is passed to the agency, which accepts or declines it.
- The app offers to install itself from your first screen. See [Install the app](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/getting-started/install-pwa).

## Troubleshooting

| Situation | Explanation | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No car in a city | No verified agency has a car free on those dates, or with a price for that duration. | Change the dates or duration, or remove filters. |
| A car you saw earlier no longer appears | It has been booked for your dates in the meantime. | Change the dates. |
| "The map could not load." | The map background could not be downloaded. | Check your network, or use the list. |
| "Too many attempts. Wait a minute." when sending an offer | Sending offers is limited to prevent abuse. | Wait a minute before trying again. |
