The guides describe what you do, screen by screen. The reference describes the rules behind those screens: who can see and do what, what each status on screen means, how a price is calculated, when you get a notification and what works without a network.

- [Roles and permissions](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/reference/roles-permissions): Who can see and do what in DriveGo: agency, customer and company roles explained simply, plus the information only some roles can see.
- [Statuses](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/reference/statuses): Every status shown in DriveGo: its badge, what it means, what changes it and what comes next, for cars, bookings, pickups, damage, accidents and sale listings.
- [How the price is calculated](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/reference/pricing-engine): How DriveGo calculates a rental price: the most specific price wins, weekly and monthly prices, discounts, insurance, extras, taxes and deposit, with examples in MAD.
- [Insurance: what the agency pays, what the customer pays](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/reference/insurance): The difference between the policy an agency pays its insurer and the insurance charged to the customer on each car: included cover and upgrades, calculation modes and examples in MAD.
- [Accident follow-up in nine steps](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/reference/accident-pipeline): The nine steps of an accident follow-up, who can finish each one, the order to follow, skipping by the owner and what happens to the car.
- [The notifications you receive](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/reference/notifications): What DriveGo sends you and when, by role: notification on your phone, email or message in the app, quiet hours, settings and emails.
- [Offline mode](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/reference/offline): What works in DriveGo without a network, what waits for the connection, what is disabled, and how to follow what you sent in the Sync centre screen.
- [Glossary](https://docs.drivego.thesuperplatform.com/en/reference/glossary): DriveGo words explained simply: booking, handover, deposit, rate, included insurance, extra, credit note, accident follow-up and more.

## How to read the reference

- **Statuses** are shown with the label and badge you see in the app.
- **Worked examples** use illustrative prices in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). They are not any real agency's prices; they only show how the calculation works.
- **Messages** in quotes are the ones the app displays, word for word.

> **Rules do not depend on your phone**
>
> A price, an access right or a status change is always checked by DriveGo, not by your device. If an action is not allowed, the app tells you and nothing is saved.
