Sell fleet cars

DriveGo lets an agency sell the cars it retires from its rental fleet. A published listing appears in the public cars-for-sale section, with the car's history. Buyers send offers, the agency answers them, then the owner records the sale.

Steps

1. Open More, then Sales. Sale listings shows your listings with their status, price, number of views and number of offers.
2. Tap New listing, choose the car and enter the sale price.
3. Fill in the mileage, the description, the original paint condition and the summaries of the damage, maintenance and accident history. Add photos and videos.
4. Save as Draft to review, then set the listing to Published.
5. Follow requests in Offers received and set each offer to Accepted, Rejected or Expired.
6. During an advanced negotiation, set the listing to Reserved.
7. When the sale is agreed, the owner taps Mark as sold, enters the final price and the buyer, then confirms.
8. Find completed sales in Sales history.

Sale listings

After you save: a published listing appears in the cars for sale and the car changes to For sale if it is not on rent. A car can only have one active listing at a time.

Offers received

After you save: when the sale is recorded, DriveGo creates the sale invoice in the buyer's name, the car changes to Sold, its future availability is blocked and the sale counts in the "sale" revenue in Finance.
