Company customer guide
Rent for your company: several cars from several agencies in one booking, negotiated rates, drivers and grouped invoices.
A company account lets a business rent cars for its staff from the verified agencies on DriveGo. The DriveGo team verifies the company before its first booking. You can then book several cars from several agencies at once, at your negotiated rates, and follow all your invoices in one place.

After you save: nothing is saved on this screen. Each item opens the matching screen, and the figures refresh every time you open it.
Two roles in the app
| Role | Who | What they see and do |

| Company admin | The person who created the company account | All company bookings, drivers and members, all invoices, pricing offers, the company profile and its verification. |
| Company member | A colleague added by the admin | The bookings where they are the driver, and the invoices for those bookings. They never see the credit limit or other drivers' bookings. |
An account created with the "Company" type becomes the admin. Members are added by the admin from Drivers and members: an account is created for them from their email address.
Job titles inside the company
Each person added also has a job title, shown in the drivers list:

The navigation bar
On a phone, the bar at the bottom of the screen holds Home, Search, Bookings, Invoices and Company. On a large screen, the same items move to the side bar. If you also have a personal or agency account, Switch space takes you from one space to the other.
Before the first booking
- Complete the Company profile: legal name, tax ID, documents.
- Send it for verification. The DriveGo team checks it.
- Once the company is Verified, you can book.
