Book several cars at once

Company booking works with a selection tray: you add cars from several agencies as you search, then book them all together. The review groups the cars by agency, with a subtotal per agency and a grand total per currency.

Before you start

• Your company is Verified. Otherwise the booking is refused. See Profile and verification.
• The drivers you want to assign are added and Active in Drivers and members.
• A company member can only book for themselves, as the driver.

Steps

1. Open Search. Choose the city and dates, then show the results as a list or on the map.
2. Compare prices: each car shows the company price next to the individual price, with the discount percentage.
3. Add a car to your selection. The tray appears at the bottom of the screen, for example "2 cars selected · Review selection".
4. Keep searching and add more cars, from the same agency or others, for the same dates or different ones.
5. Tap Review selection. The Selection review screen opens.
6. For each car, check the dates, pickup place, driver, extras and insurance. Remove a car if needed.
7. Check each agency's subtotal and the grand total.
8. Tap Confirm booking. The Company confirmation screen lists every booking created, with its code, for example BK-240520-7821.

Company search and results

After you save: the car stays in the tray while you look for others. Nothing is booked until you confirm the review.

Company map

The company price

The price shown comes from the most precise agency rate for your company, in this order:

1. Rate reserved for your company for this car
2. Rate reserved for your company for this car category
3. Company rate for this car
4. Company rate for this category
5. Individual rate for this car
6. Individual rate for this category
7. The agency's base rate

Example. A FastRent SUV has three rates for 3 days: MAD 400 per day reserved for Atlas Logistics SARL, MAD 450 per day for all companies, MAD 500 per day for individuals. Atlas Logistics SARL pays MAD 400 × 3 = MAD 1,200; another company pays MAD 450 × 3 = MAD 1,350; an individual pays MAD 500 × 3 = MAD 1,500. These amounts are examples.

Selection review

After you save: one booking is created per car, all linked to the same group, then the Company confirmation screen lists them with their codes. If even one car is no longer available, no booking is created.

All or nothing

Confirmation creates every booking in one operation, even across agencies. If a single car is no longer available, nothing is created: remove or replace that car, then confirm again. You never end up with a half-booked selection. The same car cannot appear twice in the selection for overlapping dates.

What happens next

• Each booking follows its own path: agency confirmation, pickup, return.
• Each agency receives its bookings and prepares the pickups. Each confirmed booking has its invoice.
• The company admin receives the confirmation of every booking, whoever the driver is.
• Each booking's price is frozen at confirmation: a later rate change does not alter it.
