Company invoices and pricing offers

The Company invoices screen gathers every invoice for your company's rentals, grouped by agency and by month. The Pricing offers screen lists the rates each agency has granted your company.

Steps

1. Tap Invoices in the navigation bar.
2. Filter by agency or month if needed.
3. For each group, read the invoiced total and the amount still to pay.
4. Tap an invoice to see its details or download it as a PDF.
5. For your negotiated rates, open Company, then Pricing offers.

Company invoices

After you save: when the agency records a payment, the invoice status and the amount left to pay update. Two currencies are never added: an agency in Morocco and one in the UAE make two groups, in MAD and AED.

An invoice can be Unpaid, Partly paid, Paid or Overdue. See Invoices and payments.

Pricing offers

After you save: this screen is read-only. To negotiate or change an offer, contact the agency directly: DriveGo is not part of the negotiation.

How an offer applies

An offer reserved for your company comes before every other rate of the agency, in search and at booking. Only offers within their validity dates are shown. A changed or expired offer never changes the price of a booking already made: the price is frozen at booking.

What happens next

• Each new monthly invoice is notified to the admin.
• When an agency creates a new offer for your company, the admin is told.
