DriveGo brings together verified car-rental agencies in Morocco and the United Arab Emirates. This manual explains every screen, every field and every rule, role by role.
DriveGo is a car-rental app. Individuals and companies rent cars from verified agencies. Agencies run their whole business in it: fleet, prices, bookings, pickups, inspections, damage, accidents, insurance, finance and car sales. DriveGo is a FlexiGlob product.
This manual describes what you see on screen, using the app's own labels. For every screen, a table explains each field: what it means, whether it is required, what you can enter, an example, and what happens when you save.

Good to know before you start
- Agencies are verified. An agency only appears in search after the DriveGo team has verified it.
- The price shown is the price you pay. The price breakdown shows every line: rental, discounts, insurance, options, taxes. The deposit is shown separately, under the total: you get it back when you return the car.
- The price is locked when you book. If the agency changes its prices later, the amount of your booking does not move. See how prices are calculated.
- The car is inspected at every pickup and every return, with photos, by an agency employee.
- Field work carries on without a signal. Employees fill in their inspections in offline mode; everything is sent when the connection comes back.
Where DriveGo works
DriveGo works in Morocco and the United Arab Emirates. Each agency charges in its own currency, for example the Moroccan dirham (MAD) or the UAE dirham (AED). A booking keeps the agency's currency.
The app is available in French, English and Arabic. In Arabic, the whole interface runs right to left, including the navigation bar, the steps and the timelines.
How to use this documentation
Every guide page follows the same plan: what the feature does, who can use it, where to find it in the app, the screenshot, the field table, numbered steps, what happens next, then common problems. The filters at the top of the menu hide guides that do not concern you.
Every page also exists as plain text: add ".md" to its address, for example /en/guides/customer.md. The full table of contents is in /en/llms.txt and the full text in /en/llms-full.txt.
